When my parents roof had severe wind damage, Structured Home Services was recommended to me by a friend. I had 5 different roofing companies provide quotes for an entire new roof for my parents. Structured Home Services not only provided the best quote, they were very professional and responsive to all our questions and provided several samples of architectural shingles.
Their new roof was installed and completed in just one day! And, it looks amazing! We picked Thunderstorm Grey as the color, and it is beautiful! Andres was exceptionally patient with us, as my parents were in & out of the hospital over a two month period, so we had to reschedule the job a couple times. He was very patient through the entire process!
When the roofers came out to install the roof, they were very professional, polite and respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the job was done, so the yard was very clean with no debris or nails.
Overall, we had an excellent 5-star experience with Mark Murphy and Andres Velez at Structured Home Services, and I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs a new roof or roof repair!

From the moment I inquired about getting an estimate, to the moment they finished replacing my roof, Andres was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I got several estimates from different companies and went with SHS originally because they were priced most competitively (a wonderful value for the job they did). My new roof looks great and overall, they did a fantastic job. I would absolutely use them again for any additional projects or repairs.

It went very good. Andres probably returned phone calls and messages. Showed up when he said he would. The crew showed up when they said they would. We're able to adapt to small changes easily including rescheduling for weather issues. Always kept me informed of what was going on with the project. Overall great job. Pricing very competitive. Work Description: Had to have a new roof because of wind damage. They removed old shingles, repaired plywood that was bad. Shingled roof, added ridge vent , drip edge, cleaned up after job was done. Fixed bathroom water damage, and ran new vents up thru the roof and removed any that was not needed or damaged. EXCELLENT JOB.
Comments: Great work, great price, and very prompt with quote. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a great roof put on. They also do a lot of other work also like siding , repairs, etc. Mark answered all my questions and did not cut corners. EXCELLENT JOB. Great, the workers were punctual and worked long hours to get the job done. Their cleanup process was excellent, for the amount of debris I saw around the yard during the replacement process, when they told me they were finished and I saw the yard I was thoroughly impressed. Not an iota is debris to be seen including nails. The turnaround time from signing contract to the finished product was fast.,approx 4 business days, which was perfect for us. I would recommend this company to others.

Flawless, the even had a guy looking for fallen nails and also picking them up. Which I appreciate a ton, it was a good touch of safety.
